Thank you for shopping at ZKCE. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we design and build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at ZKCE. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at ZKCE, you agree to the terms set forth below along with our Terms of Service.
1. Returns for Standard Products (Ready-to-Ship Items)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
2. Refunds for Standard Products
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
3. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. These include:
- Custom-Designed or Developed Products: Items that were designed, engineered, or manufactured specifically for your project based on your specifications.
- Digital Products: Software licenses, downloadable design files, or digital documentation.
- Personalized Items: Products that have been personalized or modified at your request.
- Clearance Items/Discount Sales: Items sold on final sale or with a significant discount, as marked at purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
5. Warranty Claims & Defective Products
Our products come with a standard limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at zkce@zkce.com with your order number and photos/video of the product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and provide a prompt solution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
